Terms and costs of shipping

The product range of ETIVERA is aimed at commercial, independent professional or regulatory needs. So we have chosen our shipping. Efficient and reliable partners who deliver the goods to our customers quickly and safely at very good conditions.

In order to be able to offer this service under these conditions, certain conditions are also necessary for our customers:

• The forwarding company delivers during normal business hours. For commercial customers, it is assumed that they accept the goods Monday to Friday during normal business hours at the specified address.
• The forwarding company delivers the goods to an existing truck ramp or curbside.

If you have special requirements for the delivery, please announce this before ordering. This usually leads to slightly higher shipping costs. We gladly organize this service and then inform you about the additional costs.

Alternatively, you can pick up the goods from your forwarding agent in our warehouse in A-8321 St. Margarethen. Pick up times are from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm.

Shipping costs are dependent on weight. Shipments up to 30kg are shipped with a parcel service.

All glass products (risk of breakage) can only be delivered with forwarding agency.

All goods can be collected free of transport charges at our location in AT-8321 St. Margarethen/Raab. A delivery to a German or Austrian border parcel center is also possible. In this case the VAT of the delivery country has to be paid.

Delivery by a carrier (goods made of glass and/or weighing more than 30 kg) may take up to 10 working days (does not correspond to weekdays).
