Etivera ist einfach super ...
Etivera ist einfach top - wir bestellen hier schon seit ein paar Jahren (für private Nutzung) und es passt einfach alles, die Qualität der bestellten Produkte (jeweils so wie erwartet), die prompte Lieferung (24 Stunden bei rechtzeitiger Bestellung), die beauftragte Lieferfirma ist auch sehr gut und entgegenkommend und das Kundenservice (Telefon, eMail) ist vorbildlich.
Es mag zwar (deutsche) Anbieter geben, die preislich Etivera unterbieten, aber bei dieser Gesamt-Qualität kaufe ich lieber im eigenen Land ein.
Nicht unerwähnt bleiben soll die informative Homepage (echt gut gemacht) und der faszinierende Katalog, den man jährlich erhält und der "Lust auf Mehr" macht - aber für uns als "Privatkunden" leider überwiegend uninteressant ist (hätte ihn aber gerne wieder, einfach "weil er so schön ist".
Und nicht zuletzt: Anlässlich eines Kurzurlaubs in der Region habe ich letztes Jahr den Firmensitz besucht: Eine sehr gute Ausstellung der Produkte, keine "aufdringlichen Verkäufer", aber kompetente Beratung, wenn man diese wünscht.
Einfach eine perfekte (österreichische) Firma - im Online-Handel sowieso, aber auch vor Ort ...
